1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FiegenPay, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Description of Service

FiegenPay is a digital rewards platform where users can earn Fiegen Points (“FP”) through third-party offerwalls, shortlinks, surveys, PTC ads and other tasks.
All tasks and offers are provided by external partners unless otherwise stated.

3. User Accounts

To use the service, you must create an account and provide accurate information.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Accounts may not be shared or sold.

4. Earning, Validation and Redeeming Points

FP has no cash value outside the platform.
FP is only credited when we receive a valid completion confirmation (“postback”) from the respective partner.
All earnings from third-party offerwalls, surveys, shortlinks and similar tasks are subject to a validation and holding period of up to 30 days to protect against reversals, chargebacks, fraud and advertiser disputes.
During this validation period:

• Earnings may be marked as pending.
• Pending earnings are not guaranteed.
• FiegenPay reserves the right to delay withdrawals that include recently earned FP.

If a partner later reverses, rejects or cancels a task (chargeback), the corresponding FP will be removed from your balance — even if the points were previously credited.
If a chargeback results in a negative balance, we reserve the right to:

• Deduct the amount from future earnings
• Temporarily suspend withdrawals
• Adjust the account balance accordingly

We may adjust, correct or remove points in cases of:

• Fraud
• Abuse
• Duplicate completions
• Advertiser reversals
• Technical errors
• Compliance investigations

Withdrawals may be reviewed manually before approval.

Minimum Withdrawal Requirement

A minimum withdrawal threshold of 5 USD (equivalent in FP) applies to all withdrawal requests.

Applicable transaction fees may be deducted depending on the selected payout method.

Users are responsible for any external processing or transaction fees charged by payment providers.

5. Third-Party Disclaimer (Offerwalls, Shortlinks, Ads)

FiegenPay has no control over timers, redirects, availability, pop-ups, ads or the behaviour of any third-party website.

You understand and agree that:

• Some tasks may fail, reset or not track due to issues on the partner’s website.

• FiegenPay cannot credit a reward unless the partner confirms completion.

• FiegenPay is not responsible for broken links, unavailable pages, fake buttons, or misleading content on external sites.

  
  

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use VPN/proxy, bots or automated tools

• Create multiple accounts

• Provide false information

• Abuse offers, loopholes or reward systems

• Attempt to manipulate tracking or earnings

Violations may result in suspension or account termination.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we detect abuse, fraud, policy violations or suspicious behaviour.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any changes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

The service is provided “as is”.
We do not guarantee uptime, availability of offers, or that all tasks will track correctly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
